Thank you and welcome to my publication! I believe in a time where there is so many additives in our foods, it's time to get back to the basics, and be in control of our health!
It sounds more complicated than it really is. Suet can be obtained from most butcher shops. It's cheap and beneficial. At least you know what is in your fats. Natural fats are essential to our overall health. We follow the carnivore diet, and once we did, not only did we lose weight, but we feel better. The morning fogginess is gone, more strength, more energy, and an overall feeling of well-being.
When you think of all the pesticides in our fruits and vegetables, I wonder if a vegetarian diet is really that good. Our son has been on the carnivore diet for about 10 years now, he's rarely sick, his asthma completely under control, and his strength and energy levels are right up there. So, I think it can't hurt to try something different, right? 😊

A lot of good things are occurring in the United State of America. President Trump was right about making it too big to Rig. The left must be shocked that the other 19 million fake votes didn’t happen this time.
President Trump’s cabinet selections have me Pumped Up. I know it’s a long way to His taking the Oath. At least He and the Others will actually put Their hands on a Bible when they take The Oath unlike the Seditionist in power now.

Yes, things are looking good for this country, and I pray it continues 🙏 I'm glad you like the posts on the South, thank you for reminding me about Sherman's March on the South. People are so hasty to condemn the Southetn leaders as traitors, but if people really knew what happened when Sherman's and his troops obliterated the South, its land, the people, murdering, raping, and burning the land, I would hope people would do more research who were the real criminals of the Un-Civil War.
